Designed following a precise analysis of needs, the tanks and other equipment (gas scrubber or deodorizing tower, range for valves and other instruments, boiler making works, PEHD, PPH, PVC, polyester or stainless, etc. piping) for storing and retaining corrosive chemicals in complete safety. They are also usually integrated for protecting, securing, diluting, and neutralizing (effluent depollution and neutralization installations).

Transformation by mechanical process, plate preparation on a digital cutting machine. Shaping is performed by arching and hot polyfusion assembly.

Retention design rules

Retention can be designed in a double jacket construction (PEHD or PP, tank + integrated retention) or in concrete (concrete retention pit with tank installed inside or placed on a pad).

– In concrete or double jacket construction, it must have an available volume that can recover the entire volume of the full tank in the event it fails.

– If there are multiple single jacket tanks to be installed, the volume of the concrete retention pit must equal 50% of the total volume of the tanks or the volume of the largest tank.

PEHD, PP: versatility and resistance

The chemical inertia of the PEHD (high-density polyethylene) and the PP (polypropylene) guarantees a reliable storage of the chemical, corrosive and dangerous products. After rinsing, a tank can, for example, receive alternately from the washing of soda and from some hydrochloric acid. Thus they are extremely multi-purpose.
Safety for the storage of the most dangerous products

Our vertical tanks are made by extrusion-rolling-up and meet the requirements of storage of the chemical industry and parachimique, pharmaceutical, of the water treatment and nuclear power.
They are intended for the storage of dangerous products, acids and bases concentrated, the acid and basic effluents, in ranges of temperatures going of -45°C in +90°C.

Manufacturing process European standard IN 12573-2

Processing by mechanical process, preparation of plates on a machine for digital cut. The shaping is assured by bending and the assembly by polyfusion under heat.
After this operation of assembly, the length of plate corresponds to the perimeter of the ferrule.

    Characteristics

    Profiles of structure are realized by process of pultrusion (hot polymerization of a profile stretched and contain until 70 % of fiberglass, what guarantees a high mechanical resistance. Their structure consisted of fiberglasses allows an excellent resistance (no permanent distortions due to the overloads).
